Our qualified Arborists can oversee and manage any size construction or development project where trees are present, ensuring their protection and health by monitoring construction activities and providing advice on tree related issues and certifying that tree protection measures are being followed in accordance with AS4970-2009 protection of trees on a development site and any additional development approval conditions.
Our responsibilities include:
- -Providing expert advice- Consulting with the project managers and working with contractors on how to minimise impacts on trees during excavation, foundation work and landscaping.
- Assessing tree health- Evaluating the condition of trees on the site, identifying potential risks and determine which trees need protection or removal.
- Developing tree protection plans- Creating strategies to safeguard trees during the construction process while specifying tree protection zones and any mitigation measures.
- Supervising construction activities- Monitoring construction work near trees to ensure compliance with the tree protection plan and identify any potential damage.
- Issuing compliance certification- Documenting that tree protection measures have been implemented correctly and providing certification to relevant authorities
